The person I admire is a man who was considered the character of the 20th century. I admire him because during his life he gave a lot to the world of science, considered one of the most brilliant minds of the last century. Also, he was interested in social issues, he was against violence, aggression and injustice.

This man is Albert Einstein, a German physicist of Jewish origin (1879-1955). He was born in Germany, in Ulm, but moved to Munich. At age 17, he entered the federal polytechnic school in Zurich, Switzerland, to study mathematics and physics. Five years later, after graduating as a teacher, he became Swiss national and in 1902 he started working in the federal office of Swiss intellectual property.

While the Nazis ascended, Einstein moved to the United States in 1932, where he worked as a professor in the institute for advanced studies, becoming a american in 1940.

In 1905 he published the theory of special relativity, where he deduced the equation of mass-energy equivalence (E = mc²).

In 1915, he published the theory of general relativity, formulating the concept of gravity.
His publications on the photoelectric effect and his numerous contributions on physics, in 1921 he received the Nobel prize for Physics.

In his last years, he dedicated himself to work in the integration of gravitational and electromagnetic forces in a single theory, and also to deliver pacifist and socialist values.
